How to Order

Using either ordering channel, follow this steps.

Order Placement

You can place your order using maGloria apps or our online store. MaGloria apps can be downloaded via Appstore or Google Play. Using either ordering channel,

1. Find the items that you’re after.
2. Once you've got the item page open, click the 'Add to Cart' button.
3. Once you've found everything you're looking for, you can pay for your order and checkout.
4. Click on the Shopping Cart in the top right-hand corner of the screen and then click the ‘Checkout’ button.
5. On the Checkout section, you'll see an order summary of what you'll be receiving from maGloria. Under this is our discount code for customer with discount privilege which can enter -- click ‘Apply’ to apply the discount.
6. On the left, fill in the delivery address for your order. Please choose carefully as the delivery option you choose cannot be amended at a later date.
7. The next screen will allow you to choose from the available delivery methods, including costs.
8. The final stage of the checkout is the payment section. Select the payment method you'd like to use and fill in the relevant details. You'll also need to enter a billing address if it is different to the delivery address.
9. When you're ready to place your order click on the 'Complete Order' button. Once you've placed your order, you'll be taken to a confirmation page. You'll also receive a confirmation order email to your registered maGloria email address giving you all the details of your order.

 

Order Change or Cancellation

Our warehouse team prepares and dispatches orders very quickly to meet our shipping cut-off times. However, if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact mbcentral@magloria.com

with your order number and we will accommodate as quickly as possible. Typically, orders placed before 1pm can be changed before 1pm. the same day. Orders placed after 1pm can be changed until 8AM the following business day.

You can pay for your order using the following payment methods:

• Installment Payments (Credit card and Non-Credit Card)
• Online Bank transfers / Online Bank Bills Payment - Bancnet, BPI direct debit (savings and current account), Union Bank direct debit ( savings and current account), PNB online, BDO online bills payment, PNB bills online payment, Security Bank and UCPB online.
• E-Wallets - GCash, Coins, Grabpay, Wechat, Alipay, Paymaya, Shopeepay, and PayPal
• Over the Counter Payments (Bank and Non-Banks) - 7Eleven, 7Eleven Cliqq kiosk, ECPay, MLhuiller, Cebuana, SM Payment, DA5, Expresspay, Truemoney, Pay&Go / Etap kiosk, BDO online OTC, PNB OTC, UCPB OTC, Dragon Payment Channels and Posible

 For customers with discount code, please enter it into the Discount field on the Checkout page, and press 'Apply'.

 For those “Wholesale buyer”, you can apply for special privilege by applying/contacting MaGloria thru e-mail mbcentral@magloria.com. When your approved, your order will be automatically discounted upon check-out.
